• What the forms collect

  Register asks for a parent name, email, phone, the child’s name, age or birth year, a program, and optional notes. Contact asks for a name, email, optional phone, and a message.

• What we do with it

  The site emails that note to the club inbox so we can place a player or reply. We do not sell it, and we do not post it as a public list. This website does not keep a parent database. The message lives in email.

• Photos of kids

  Gallery and home may show photos from training and games. If you want a photo of your child taken down, tell us. We will remove it.

• Spam control

  When you submit a form we briefly see your network address so we can slow down junk mail. We do not save that as a family record.

• Tools that carry the data

  The site runs on Vercel. Form mail is sent with Resend. They see what they need to deliver the page or the email.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The host may use technical cookies to run the site.
